WHO I SERVE

I work with high-functioning, over-achieving adults and couples grappling with phase-of-life transitions, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship and intimacy issues and shame. Often my clients have endured abuse, early attachment wounds, difficult break-ups and divorce, and come to my practice looking to find personal empowerment, healthier coping mechanisms and a real sense of self-compassion and acceptance.

My clients are highly motivated individuals who often seem to “have it all together” on the outside, but who struggle internally with perfectionism, people pleasing, impostor syndrome, intense inner criticism, and existential malaise. I have a knack for helping people overcome codependency, while empowering them to set healthy, consistent boundaries in both personal and professional spheres.

As a culturally sensitive and identity-affirming therapist, I welcome all relationship structures, gender identities and sexual orientations into my practice. I am sex-positive, BDSM and kink-allied, and I find deep meaning and purpose in my work with couples navigating non-traditional relationship structures such as polyamory and consensual non-monogamy. I also enjoy serving those processing infidelity and overcoming communication issues.

I am a trained and IPI-certified psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist, and in this space I aim to provide clients with meaningful and ongoing preparation and integration for their work with psychedelic medicines. I offer ketamine-assisted therapy services currently, and integration and processing of psychedelic experiences in general.

Across the populations I work with, I welcome those who yearn to get to the bottom of what they are up against, take accountability for their own wellness, and to build a lasting toolset of strategies to live an optimal, meaningful life.

Although my clients come from all walks of life, they seem to share a desire for increased self-awareness, healing and transformation.
