INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I work with individuals who are keen to lift the hood on their own psyches, challenging relationship patterns and problematic or self-limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My clients are typically highly motivated and dedicated to personal expansion and increasing their self-awareness. They see therapy as a collaborative, transformative and creative process of growth and self-exploration. In our work together, individual clients are empowered to co-create their therapeutic experience with me in the form of goal setting and treatment planning, so as to ensure that their therapeutic goals are met, and that they get the most out of our work together. My approach is honest, warm, directive and authentic. In my work with clients, we roll up our collective and proverbial sleeves together, to actively confront, challenge and overcome their most persistent problem narratives, self-limiting beliefs and persistent self-destructive behaviors.
